One Analog Channel Disturbs Another? Check Shared Limits
A channel fault can affect neighboring measurements when the input hardware shares circuitry or operating limits. If several values move together, inspect common-mode voltage and overrange conditions instead of assuming every sensor failed.

What is happening?
Differential measurement rejects common-mode voltage only within specified limits. Shared references, multiplexing, source characteristics, and channel overvoltage can affect measurements. Isolation and differential input are different properties.
Check these five things

Worked example
A model system develops errors on several channels only when one connected transmitter goes out of range. The common timing suggests a shared measurement-path issue. It does not justify disconnecting live process wiring without a controlled test plan.
